Presented at Interpack 2011 - the NEW FAWEMA FA 217. This machine is based on know-how developed over many years, and adds to our range with a cost-effective solution for premade bags with the packaging emphasis on flour, sugar, tea and similar products.

With a weight range of 0.5 kg to 5 kg and packaging rates of up to 80 bags per minute, the all new FAWEMA
FA 217 offers unprecedented small bag packaging flexibility. Accurate product dosing can be accomplished
with a variety of available fillers, such as augers, cup fillers, or net weighers.

Interpack 2011 closed as one of the most successful events in the history of the world’s most important trade fair for the packaging sector and related processing industries.  This was the unanimous sentiment among the 2,700 exhibitors from 60 nations in all of the 19 fully booked halls of the Düsseldorf trade fair centre from 12 to 18 May 2011.
Exhibitors at interpack 2011 were in excellent spirits and reported having a host of excellent meetings with high-calibre visitors. Overall about 166,000 visitors came to find out about innovations in machinery for the production of packaging, confectionery and bakery goods as well as all kinds of packaging materials. FAWEMA presented their new offers on approx. 300 square metres within a fresh new stand design that received a lot of attention.
Two new Form, Fill & Seal machines were besieged by visitors. Another exhibit, the innovative FA 217 sets high standards as a new generation for small bag packaging with pre-made bags. Hundreds of professional visitors from all over the world were registered at the FAWEMA stand. We are convinced that such lively response will raise so many interesting projects to be realized with FAWEMA packaging machines in the coming months.
