The principle of fixed-cycle operation is implemented through the use of servo-motors. The bags fed either from magazine (FA 118 M) or from a bag making unit (FA 118 R) are filled, transported, shaped, compacted and closed in a circulating transport system. Quickly exchangeable format parts make bag size change-over a matter of minutes.
