Collator/Packaging Lines
For secondary packaging, FAWEMA offers automatic collator/packaging lines for both shrink film and kraft paper. While kraft paper collator/packaging lines are employed predominantly in the sugar industry, cost-effective shrink film is preferred by the other industries.
Several upstream packaging lines can be connected to one shrink film collator/packaging line.
Even bags with upright closure can be processed.
FAWEMA collator/packaging lines are suitable for installation in areas with potentially explosive atmospheres.
The size of the collations and the arrangement of the bags will be tailored to your requirements. Outputs of up to 20 wraps per minute can be achieved.
