Operating from Reel - Powders and Granulates / Paper - Series 600 / Film - Series 100
The Series 600 packaging lines offer in-line paper bag production from reel material. The bags are formed on mandrels and glued. They are then passed on to the transport chain to be filled, shaken, pre-folded and closed.
The Series 100 and 700 produce film or film laminate bags from reel material. The bags are produced on one or two vertical bag formers upstream. Filling can be through the forming tube or in a separate station.
In all of the series, the bags remain in the transport system from filling-up to leaving the machine and are guided exactly while being compacted and presented to the closing stations. The entire process is monitored from one vantage point.
