The rapidly changing demands this sector makes on packaging materials, format sizes, products and closure types require flexible and operator-friendly packaging machines. Decades of experience and innovative technology have led to the development of machine concepts with transport systems permitting extremely gentle handling of the packaging, thus making them suited even for delicate and glossy packaging material surfaces.
By using servo technology combined with operator-friendly visualization it is possible to process a wide diversity of products with high packaging output. Rapid format change, which, if required, can be done automatically at the push of a button, will guarantee the shortest possible conversion times and a maximum of production planning flexibility.
FAWEMA packaging machines will process both reel material and pre-made bags (e.g. FA 438). Virtually all types of closure required by the market can be made available, including those with re-closing and carrier systems.
Because of the abrasiveness of cat litter, machine concepts with abrasion-proof materials particulary resistant to wear are employed for such products.
