Perfect Bags
FAWEMA has the largest production programme worldwide for the bagging of flour and cereals. We have built more than 1,000 lines to date.
There are different machine concepts depending on the application:
- For the high output range: operating from paper reel (e.g. FA 610)
- For the medium-sized output range: flexible with pre-made bags or operating from film reel (e.g. FA 118 R)
- For the lower output range: with semi-automatic solutions (e.g. DS 2 F)
All machines offer the highest operating and hygiene standards. The unique FAWEMA transport system guarantees perfectly shaped bags with effective product densification. The integrated closing part enables production of all standard closure types. Using different dosing systems such as auger dosing or net weighers, all product specific requirements can be met. If required, flour mixes and cereals can be filled in a protective gas environment.
