I am pleased to annouce that FAWEMA North America is the new agency for FAWEMA Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG for the U.S. and Canada, effective July 1, 2008. FAWEMA North America is the exclusive agent for all your packaging machinery, spare parts, and service needs for FAWEMA equipment.
We have prepared a list of phone numbers of your direct contacts both at FAWEMA North America as well as at our headquarters in Germany. Please update your addressbook, and feel free to reach out to these contacts for all your equipment, support and parts needs. We will be happy to help you. Our goal is to provide you with optimum support and prompt delivery of parts directly to your plant.
We are aware of other companies trying to sell after-market parts and services for FAWEMA machines. Please note that only FAWEMA North America can offer you original replacement and upgrade parts made by FAWEMA Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG. These parts are built to original specs, thus assuring you the long-term performance and reliability you know from FAWEMA. Our factory-trained technicians are kept abreast of all the latest changes and developments, and can provide you with technical services without jeopardizing the warranty of your FAWEMA equipment.
