NEW at FAWEMA: Bag Filling and Closing Machine FA 454 for big bags (10-25 kg flour)
This machine FA 454 working with pre-made bags is equipped with:
- 12 continuously operating filling hoppers
- bag magazin steplessly adjustable for all bag sizes (capacity approx. 10 minutes production)
- servo controlled positioning of the bag top edge +/- 2 mm
- servo controlled extraction of the bags from the magazine and transport into the filling station
- continuously moving clamps holding the opened bag at the top under the 12 filling hoppers.
The side gusset of the bag is unopened. During the filling operation only the center of the bag is opened - bag lifting device to shape pinch bottom bags during the start of the filling process
- dipping hoppers on each fill point
- dust extraction integrated in each filling hopper
- synchronized bottom belt and side guiding system for bag shaping during the filling process
- settling device integrated in the bottom belt
- bag closing by the bag top clamps under the filling hoppers
- shoulder former adjustable to the different product heights
- bag top transfer system to feed the prefolded bag into a continuous closing system
Closing: Automatic sewing machine with "FISCHBEIN" sewing head
Filling System: 2 Auger Fillers Model DS-2/S with servo-motor drive
Electronic Checkweigher: GARVENS S 40
Application: 10 kg - 25 kg wheat flour
Output: 18 bags/minute for 25 kg, 30 bags/minute for 10 kg
Bag closure: upstanding folded stitch closure, secured by sealable tape
Besides the application for flour this line can of course handle building powder or similar products as well.
